The labor migration is defined as the movement of persons from their home country to another country for purpose of employment. “Today, estimated of 170 millions people live outside from their home countries and send back more than 80 billion Dollar in their home countries which is supported to increased remittance at higher rates in developing countries. Therefore, migration is becoming an essential feature of low-income families in developing countries’ (Sapkota, 2021). Nepal is facing the problem of unemployment which created by political instability, effect of globalization and privatization, corruption, global economy crises and COVID -19 pandemic. In Nepal, Unemployment is creating the economic and social problems resulted that the increased the labor migration. Every day, more than 2000 people leaving the country for employment to full-fill their basic needs. Approximately 3.5 Million Nepalese (14% of total population) are working abroad, primarily in Malaysia along with other the six countries of Gulf -cooperation Council (GCC), and India. The Department of Foreign Employment (DoFE) has approved labor migration authority to 110 countries and has given the work permit 750000 Nepali youth for labor work in aboard last fiscal year 2022/2023. The increasing migrant labor in Nepal, created the problem of separation family, divorce, imbalance of population distribution , careless to children and elderly family member, cultural clash, decreased the agriculture production, and human trafficking .Lack of job opportunities, sufficient resources for business, an unsure of the investment, low wages, social discrimination, in unfair hiring process are the main reasons for labors migration of Nepal. The purpose of this research article provides the information on socioeconomic status of Migrant workers in Nepal, present the problem of migrant labor and recommends to likeminded agencies for improvements. I used the data from Government of Nepal, development agencies and other likeminded organizations for complete the research paper.

International Emigration (JAPA WAVE) is one of the key aspects of international relations that has both direct and indirect effects on national economic. This study thereby focuses on the impact of Japa syndrome on the economic development of the Nigerian state with the sole aim of ascertaining weather international emigration otherwise known as Japa in Nigerian local slogan has an impact on the economic development of the Nigerian state. This study anchored on structural functionalism theory propounded by Gabriel Almond and Bingham Powell in the 1970s. It adopted documentary method of data collection, qualitative descriptive method of data analysis and ex post facto research design. It discovered that international emigration has a significant positive impact on economic development of Nigerian state and it therefore concludes that the international emigration is also a source of income in Nigeria that has positively enhanced economic development, hence Nigerian government should ensure security and economic stability in order to encourage Nigerian citizens abroad to always return with high skilled knowledge of investments in various fields and also build industries that will serve as asset to economic development in the Nigerian state.

This qualitative study investigates the strategies employed by international financial institutions and businesses to navigate the intricacies of financial globalization. The research is particularly focused on the effects of financial liberalization in Bangladesh, which commenced in the late 1980s. Business and financial variables are not wholly fueling growth, despite substantial economic development, according to the study. The research also examines the history, process, and future of trade liberalization in Bangladesh, its impact on exports, imports, GDP, and other macroeconomic variables, with a particular emphasis on exports. The research indicates that the Bangladeshi external trade regime has undergone a substantial transformation, resulting in a reduction in anti-export bias. Textiles and ready-made garments were the primary generators of consistent growth in both total and manufacturing exports during the post-liberalization period. The reduction of the import-GDP ratio and anti-export bias has had a significant long-term impact on exports. The study also suggests that policymakers should prioritize forthcoming challenges related to financial liberalization.

Learning Management Systems (LMS) augment and boost teaching and learning through online classroom environments. They also incorporate and encompass inclusive education(Bradley 2021). UsingLMS allows educators to facilitate discussions, design online activities, set learning expectations, provide options for students, and render assistance in problem-solving. Students become more engaged and enthusiastic in learning and because they are motivated, intelligence and cognition are optimized. However, it is the responsibility of educators to manage these systems effectively and competently to accentuate cognition. On the other hand,inclusive education instructs students in the same environment and affirms diversity, equityand equality. An inclusive environment ensures that all students feel comfortable, safe, and motivated to do their best. It is a fact that the use of LMS is rapidly changing teaching and learning. Dalton (2017) resolutely affirmed that the availability of technology in education facilitates inclusion. United Nations (2017) also affirmed that technology has the potential to support inclusive education. Thus, LMS can encourage authentic inclusive environments that embrace allstudents, especially those who are disabled. Salas-Pilco et al. (2022) noted that the positive effects of technology depend solely on how it is appliedin teaching. They also emphasized thatbecause these new technologiesoffer more equal opportunities for learning they can embrace inclusive education. Salas-Pilco et al. (2022) acknowledged that while there is no concrete formula for creating inclusive classrooms, educational institutions are free to use their approach to genuinely create inclusion.

This review examines the deregulation of air transport ground handling services, with a focus on developments after 2011. Although ground handling deregulation has received limited attention in academic and industry sources, there are promising research avenues exploring the impact of deregulation on prices, workers, and consumers. This review also considers the responses of labor movement actors, from local to global union federations, to the challenges posed by the deregulation of the ground handling industry. Finally, this review explores areas for future research, finding that research is needed on ground handling deregulation in the global south.

The outcry and dissatisfaction from some students at the beginning of a Mathematics course online have been consistent over the years. Their disenchantment is a consequence of their lack of self-confidence and motivation in the study of Mathematics online. The viewpoints and sentiments were generated by undergraduate students who were enrolled in a general education foundation course in Mathematics at Prosperous University in Trinidad and Tobago. A review of the literature demonstrated there is a dearth of information at the local level. This gap in the literature prompted the authors to adequately investigate the experiences of these students regarding this dislike for the learning of Mathematics online. A qualitative methodology, which included a phenomenological approach was used. Seventy-two students completed semi-structured questionnaires, which were distributed through the Google Meet Learning Management System. The original four-step thematic analytical approach was used to interpret the data. These were validated by three experienced researchers in the teaching of Mathematics at the tertiary level. It ought to be noted that the participants responded comprehensively and honestly on the diverse factors that challenge their learning of Mathematics through the virtual mode of delivery. Results indicated that self-concept is the major determinant of achievement in online Mathematics. Recommendations strongly suggest how teaching and learning Mathematics online could be enhanced.

This article represents the brief history of evolution of social theories and sociological surveys in Armenia. The process of the emergence of social and sociological thoughts in Armenia considered from the early Middle Ages to the beginning of the 20th century. Since the ancient period Armenian philosophers in their works addressed the problems of man and his environment, social relations and the role of the state. In scholarly publication it is customary to draw a distinction between sociological ideas, conceptual frameworks and theories, on the one hand, and applied social studies, on the other hand.
