This paper looked at character education and political correctness efforts to enhancesocial and moral human kindness and mitigate diversity and inclusivity.The central question is what has been the cultural influence of forty years of character education and political correctness upon U.S. citizens regarding inclusivity and diversity particularly during the 21st century?Findings suggest that although populations can be inoculated with decades of hegemony for the good of the Nation without any input in the Free World, it is not as permanent as George Orwell’s (1950),unless those measures that were portrayed his fictional novel1984; are also on the horizon, they can be modified with very intentional and focused efforts at making changes that require the higher order thinking of Whole Brain (Jonsson & Waal, 2018) activity consistently throughout the learning process.This research can lead to collaboration across all levels of educational institutions, and organizations such as the, Departments of State and Education.

In this study phenomenological design, which is a qualitative research design, was used. Because, the purpose of this study was to investigate practices, challenges and prospects of competency based instruction in primary schools. The theoretical aspect of this study was based on constructivism view. Because, this study focused on the lived experiences of teachers about the instruction in primary schools. To achieve the goal of study, one primary school selected from the Sidama zone through criterion based sampling technique and ten teachers were selected through available sampling technique from sample selected school. Semi-structured interview was held with participants. Results revealed that, there is a gap to implement the competence based teaching instructions in primary schools. The main reason for this is there was knowledge gape between primary school teachers about competence based instruction. Thus, it was suggested that, attention need to be given in the professional development of teachers and integrating competency based teaching approaches in primary school curriculum.

This study examined the emotional response and social influence as correlates of empathetic behaviour tendency among baccalaureate (Undergraduate) nursing studentsfrom the Ondo State Schools of Nursing and Midwifery, Akure, Ondo State, Nigeria.The study was a correlational survey designconducted among 116baccalaureate nursing Studentswho were sampled using snowballing technique sampling technique. Trait Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire (TEIQue); Self Monitoring Scale (SMS) and Index of Empathy for Children and Adolescents (IECA) were used to measure key variables in the study. Pearson Product Moment Correlation (PPMC) analysis was conducted to test the relationship among the study variables. The result revealed that emotional response showed significant relationship withempathetic behaviouramong baccalaureate nursing Students[β = .38; p <0.01]. Social Influence had a significant relationship with empathetic behaviour among baccalaureate nursing students at a significant level [β = .54; p <0.01] among baccalaureate nursing students. The joint contributions of the predictor variables were also significant [R2= .562, F = 43.10; p < .05].Based on the findings of this study, it was recommended that the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN) must integrate studies on empathy and social influence in understanding human behaviour in the nursing and midwifery curriculum in other to encourage the tradition and ecological demands of empathetic behaviour within the society.

The achieving of the purpose of social development of education and upbringing, which are often reduced by neo behaviorism in fact to the manipulation of people, requires somewhat different and more appropriate methods. Such methods should include various forms of training, behavior modification based on the factors of reinforcement techniques (variety of motivation, encouragement, rewards, etc.). Individuals must be clearly aware of the purpose of their activity, and at the same time, the effectiveness of social reinforcement depends on the degree of trust and respect of the individual to the institutions of society and the specific people to whom society and the state are entrusted to carry out the administrative-managerial process.

The collaboration between art and technology goes way back to the 19th century, but mainly from the period of modernism onwards (dadaism, pop art and fluxus), when many artists used technological discoveries to create original and innovative images, to expandartistic horizons, to get closer to the “ masses” and to multiply theirchances to promote their work. In modern times, the outburst of this phenomenon was observed in the 1990’s, when high technology and computers invaded people’s lives and became part of their routine. One of the things that was directly influenced was visual arts and visual culture in general, which traditionally “resisted” the invasion of technological media in the name of the individuality of the work of art, its aesthetic quality and personal inspiration. As a result, a new kind of art was born known as “Digital Art” (or “Art of New Media” and “Art of New Technologies”, terms often used in literature), with artists channeling their imagination through the computer. It was this, combined with the use of the Internet (World Wide Web), which dramatically expanded the opportunities for artistic expression, while providing the means to two-way communication, where the user participates in the development process of the project (Interaction). This form of art soon turned into a modern “art movement”, that relied heavily on the dominance of technology, which was also the case for other art forms, which critics reluctantly classified as Avant Garde. This means that contemporary digital works are also reviewedbased on the semantic range they contain as works of art. This type of art has become more and more popular and many artists abroad and in Greece, become dedicated to this form of art, while many museums choose to display their work. At the same time, a lot of universities and institutions have included computer science courses in their undergraduate and graduate programs.

This research is motivated by the low ability of school principals in making decisions. It can be seen that many parties are marginalized by this decision. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method involving 82 teachers as respondents. Collecting data by using questionnaires to respondents, interviews, and observations. Data analysis was carried out by t-test and F-test. Data analysis was carried out by simple regression to determine the relationship of each variable X to Y, then using multiple regression formulas to determine the contribution of X1 and X2 together to variable Y. Before testing the hypothesis First, the classical assumption test is performed, which consists of normality assumption test, heteroscedasticity test, serial correlation test and multicollinearity test, and the second is regression analysis test. This study resulted in the finding that the principal’s transformational leadership can improve school performance.

The living folklore, dhamergaan has been held for ages in the northern part of Bangladesh. Like other elements of folklore, it has evolved out of a desire for humanism and is purely secular. It does not hurt or ridicule any religion in any way. As a result of the unification of all communities irrespective of caste and religion, on the one hand, such non-communal thinking is manifested. On the other hand, it became acceptable and popular with everyone. Music is dominant in dhamergaan; hence the common people consider it folk music. An attempt has been made to present it as a genre of folk drama. Important features like its origin, naming, format, purpose, story and language, content, dress, instrument, acting and presentation style have been explained here. The rules and regulations observed in dhamergaan are influenced by their religious beliefs and certain practices. A clown character is present. The dialogues are composed and practiced in regional languages. At present this living folklore is still lying in disrespect and neglect. Therefore, it is important to collect the turns, preserve this folk tradition and present it to the world court. This elusive dhamergaan of Bangladesh must be taken care of and preserved.

For about forty years, the projects of “Hayao Miyazaki” and Studio Ghibli has been entrusted all over the planet as the pivot of Japanese medium of animation. Studio Ghibli is dubbed by its admirers as “the Walt Disney of the East”, Hayao Miyazaki, the director, has generated movies that captivate individuals of every age range. Fairly, Miyazaki’s whole filmology courses together with his peculiar unique beliefs; from his conservatism to his anti-Western Capitalist stance, his views of non-aggression, his interest with social affiliation of humans and the objectives of affection and fairness being innate to his read of humankind. His projects have additionally been utilized for numerous purposes– together by the Japanese administration and business-media bodies – to thrust consciousness of, and enlarge the need for, Japanese labels, media (specifically anime), and other cultural products. It is similar to how America utilized its soft power through Hollywood. Japan’s mastery of soft power and its national stigmatization actions are in need to conform to uncertain domestic and international problems, together with economic and natural calamities, and even pessimistic global impressions too that were created after Japan carried it’s Pan Asian project in the region replacing one type of brutal colonial power with another. While nonprofit sports organizations have existed for many years, there is a knowledge gap in research on how best to operate from a management point of view. Since nonprofits need a consistent inflow of revenue, and by nature do not make a profit, they need to focus on revenue generation the most, and from sustainable donors. In an effort to discuss a synthesis of literature on this subject, an overarching definition of fundraising for sports nonprofits is attempted. Also discussed is the best way to approach the marketing function for this particular type of organization, evaluating the possible sources of funding, including individuals, legacy donations, and corporate social responsibility. Furthermore, the planning and human resource functions are discussed, concluding with a brief discussion on the importance of data analysis in this field. While this paper is mostly about sports nonprofits, the general principles discussed here can be applied to other nonprofit entities as well
