The present paper explored the impact of sports participation on individuals with disabilities, focusing on perceived benefits for empowerment; social benefits, challenges, and perceptions of inclusion. A sample of 30 participants with disabilities from Jammu and Kashmir, UT, aged between 15 to 30 years, were included in the study. Data were collected through an online questionnaire. Sports involvement benefited both physical and mental health, participants reporting better overall well-being and stress management. However Physical and societal limitations restricted their ability to participate in sports. The main limiting issues were particularly inadequate accessibility and prejudice. Sports participation has been shown to empower individuals by increasing their confidence and self-esteem. Most individuals felt respected and appreciated by others, however some had unfavourable perspective alterations. Within the disability sports community, opportunities for leadership and advocacy were limited. Participants, on the other hand, felt the community as inclusive and friendly. Disabled sports athletes advocated for more accessible facilities and equipment, improved leadership and advocacy opportunities, and expanded education and knowledge about disability rights and inclusion to encourage empowerment and social inclusion. The findings can help policymakers, organisations, and practitioners improve the inclusion and efficacy of disability sports programmes.

This research intends to examine the purchase intention of customers towards instant food products. Covid 19 Pandemic has created an environment to try instant food products. The time and procedural comfort had made instant food products being included by many families. To increase the market share the manufacturers spend money on research to improve the product with the expectation of consumers. This research attempts to find factors influencing the purchase intention of customer towards instant food product. This study was proposed to examine the relationship between factors on purchase intention and identify the factor that the manufacturer should concentrate on to increase the market share by influencing the purchase intention of customers. The review of literature brought factors such as price, benefits, quality, and product awareness as factors influencing purchase intention. Out of the factors considered in the research price and benefits have significant influence on purchase intention. Multiple regression is applied to build a model and identified benefits of instant food has more influence on purchase intention of consumer compared to other significant factors.

The right to self-determination is a fundamental principle of international law, influencing relationships between states and amongst the subunits and peoples who make up those states. Rooted in the politics of decolonization, the right to self-determination is now invoked by groups in a variety of political contexts around the world to support claims for secession, increased autonomy and democratic participation. The paper aimed to investigate the Constitutional and legal provisions of Awi nationality self-administration: Theory vs. practice. To address the objectives of the study, the researcher employed a qualitative approach with a case study as study design and used primary and secondary data sources. Primary data was collected from the key informant interview and focus group discussions. Secondary data was collected from different books, reports, journals, published and unpublished proclamations, conference papers, dissertations, the federal democratic republic of Ethiopia constitution, and the revised Constitution of Amhara. The researcher used purposive sampling and the thematic analysis method based on the objectives of the study. With the view to realizing the right of self-administration in the Ethiopian federal structure, the finding of the study has revealed that The applicability of self administration can also see in the area of shared rule; based on the study the Ethiopian legal system manifested in fiscal power-sharing, representation of minorities in the federal houses, and the participation of minorities in the regional council.

The work examines the designof platforms currently operating in the NFTs Art market and their relevancethanks to the algorithmic analysis of data and the offer of ancillary services.  Specifically, marketplaces and social media platforms will be examined and their ability to influence user choices and NFT sales prices. The analysis outlines the techniques of profiling and attribution of royalties to artists and buyers to guide users’ choices, as well as the ability to influence the value and sales prices through forms of Gamification. Subsequently, the paper analyzes influencers’ role and ability to encourage purchasing collections created exclusively for social media. In this context, as highlighted in the second part of this work, given the growing volume of transactions and the complex legal nature of NFTs, there are considerable risks in making conscious and informed choices by collectors—a regulation of circulation given the difficulty of applying the current legislation. The absence of a specific regulation of the NFT in many countries and the possible qualification as an asset whose circulation is regulated by the e-commerce regulation can lead to certainty and clarity in buyers regarding the nature of the purchase made and its potential illiquidity.

In this essay, I endeavor to answer the question – does Infinity exist? I do so through an analysis of the term as it applies to mathematics and science; to philosophy, art; religion and psychology. My methods are general, brief and focuses on how the term may apply to these disciplines. It was found that the Infinite manifests in all such disciplines. I conclude that since such forms of knowledge are necessarily limited, all that can be known is the finite and yet it is the Infinite as it manifests as the finite, whether as a thing or simply as an item of knowledge that renders it both knowable and existing. I then extend this point to say that the Infinite cancels the finite, so that there is in fact only Infinity, though one cannot perceive (know) it as such. I add ChatGPT response to this question as an experimental part of this essay. The result suggests the necessity for human generated writing, but that is the subject for another essay.

Although choirmasters have their unique ways of directing performances, conducting has undergone changes, thus, resulting in a proliferation of unethical practices. This study focuses on interrogating music conducting practices with specific focus on Church-based music directors and conductors in Delta State, Nigeria. The study utilized ethnographic, observation and analytical methods as well as interview research tool in data gathering. Seven conductors were randomly selected from different Church denominations in Delta State. In all the church denominations visited by the researcher, conducting practices in areas like beat patterns, facial and body gestures, posture, cues, cutoffs, kinetic use/responses, and the creative philosophies that informed the use of such practices were studied. Findings also reveal that although there are a plethora of conducting practices used by many conductors that can be referred to as unconventional, some of them can still be adopted into art music performances. The research recommends that in adopting some of these unconventional practices, conductors must apply caution so as not to jeopardize the fundamental ethics of the art of conducting

Timelines from 18th century slave narratives to modern fictional accounts in Literature of the Black Diaspora, document the maintenance of identity consciousness as a constant feature. Significantly representative of this feature are fragments of historical implications largely accountable for the behavioural patterning of characters portrayed in the narratives under study. The thrust of this paper is two-fold. The first is to map out the concise historiography of early Africans in the Diaspora, who were not transported through the Middle Passage to North American and British colonies as slaves. The second is an investigative attempt at identifying some predominating motifs embedded in characters portrayed in some major African-American and Caribbean narratives. Achieving this will bring the study into accounting for the independent status of some affected individuals and groups before their summary conversions into slaves; while equally taking into account some major activities that ushered in the conversion; early eighteenth century slave narratives of Quobna Ottoban Cugoano, Olauda Equianoand Ignatius Sancho’s Lettersare examined. Within the same line of scholarly scrutiny in the second segment of the paper, Richard Wright’s Black Boy and Edward Rickardo Braithwaite’s To Sir with Love are two of the principal texts assessed on the premise of 20thCentury abolition realities in the United States that continue to haunt the same race even into the 21st Century.

This study examines human trafficking and its impact on child education. Human trafficking has had various effects on child education. On this note, the major aim of this work was to explore the relationship between human trafficking and child education, the causes of human trafficking, the effects of human trafficking on child education and ways the government can curb human trafficking and improve child education thereby providing suitable solutions to the problem at hand. The theory used for this project work is conflict theory, conflict theory explains how the dominant classes maintain their power over lower income and ethnic minority groups. The research method used for this study was the qualitative research method. An in-depth interview was conducted, and the opinions of the respondents were well articulated and transcribed. Three respondents participated. The result revealed that the causes of human trafficking are poverty, lack of education, ineffective law/unenforced law, unemployment, and ignorance. Also, the research showed that there is a relationship between human trafficking and child education in Lagos State. The government should make laws stronger, work together with other countries to stop trafficking, campaigns should be created in order to teach people about the dangers of human trafficking in order to curb human trafficking and promote child education.

Who are minorities? Who are street children? Are they important? Is there merit in understanding them? This paper tried to address these cardinal issues. It is extremely convoluted and intricate to arrive at a precise definition for minorities since according to Wikipedia contributors (2022) it cannot be only comprehended in terms of demographic sizes within a specific population. It is interesting to note that previous studies revealed that there are several definitions for street children. Although it is complex to offer precise definitions for minorities and street children, it must be acknowledged that there is a nascent body of research and literature. When this non-empirical research was undertaken there was no tangible evidence to clearly demonstrate that there is a sound understanding of minorities and street children. Because of this lack of research and dearth of literature on this to pic there is an apparent gap. Nonetheless, this paper summarized and analysed recently published literature on this serious and interesting issue. To get an accurate understanding of these two groups this research paid strong emphasis on the need to listen attentively, and thoughtfully to the voices and experiences of minorities and street children. It is imperative to listen prudently and meaningfully to the diverse opinions of these groups. Listening is necessary to try to understand the lives and shifting perspectives of these group. Although intricate and convoluted, it is strongly suggested that professionals, policymakers and indeed all citizens carefully take note of these voices.
